1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to zeekhub.com and all ZEEKHUB services, including live classes, online courses, training programmes, and online assessments and learning tools (together, the “Services”), operated by ZeekHub Enterprises (“ZEEKHUB”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use ZEEKHUB
You must be 18 or older, or use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for payments.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- An account and any course access are for one learner only and may not be shared or resold.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Live classes and demos
- Free demo classes are offered so you can try a class before enrolling. Booking a demo does not oblige you to buy.
- Batch timings, instructors and schedules may change occasionally; we will inform you in advance and offer alternatives.
- Please behave respectfully in classes and group chats. We may remove anyone who disrupts others, shares inappropriate content or harasses learners or teachers.
5. Prices and payments
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the Website or shared with you before you pay, and may change for future purchases.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. ZEEKHUB does not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your access starts once the payment is confirmed. Refunds and batch changes are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Online assessments and learning tools
- Free assessments may be limited per person. Please don't try to get around these limits.
- Each paid assessment is for one learner and one attempt, unless stated otherwise. Keep any private report link to yourself.
- Some feedback is generated automatically, including by AI, and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. It is guidance to help you improve, not an official test result, certificate or guarantee of any exam score.
- Submit only your own answers, and don't submit anything offensive, unlawful or that contains other people's private information.
7. Our content
All course videos, notes, questions, assessments, reports, designs and the ZEEKHUB name and logo belong to ZEEKHUB or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal learning. You may not copy, record, download (unless we offer a download), share, sell or publish them without our written permission.
8. What you share with us
You keep ownership of your own work, such as assignments, answers and recordings. You allow ZEEKHUB to use it only to provide the Services to you, such as marking and feedback. We will not use it in marketing without your clear written permission (from a parent or guardian for anyone under 18).
9. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the Services, including by trying to break into accounts or systems, overloading the Website, copying content with automated tools, uploading harmful software, or impersonating others. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
10. Our responsibility
We work hard to provide high-quality teaching and a reliable Website, but we cannot guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a learner will achieve a particular result or score. To the extent the law allows, ZEEKHUB's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
11. Other websites
Our Website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Razorpay, Instagram and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first. We will try to resolve it quickly and fairly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be handled by the competent courts in India.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as our Services change. The latest version will always be on this page, with its “Last updated” date.
