How ZEEKHUB collects, uses and protects your personal data.

In short

  • We collect only what we need to run your classes, courses, assessments and payments.

  • Learners under 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time: contact@zeekhub.com or WhatsApp +91 85959 61106.

1. Who we are

ZEEKHUB (operated by ZeekHub Enterprises, “ZEEKHUB”, “we”, “us”) provides live classes, online courses, AI and technology training, and online assessments and learning tools through zeekhub.com (the “Website”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

3. How we use it

4. Assessments and AI feedback

Some of our assessments and learning tools use automated AI services to analyse your answers and give you feedback. We use your answers only to provide that feedback and your results, and we keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with trusted service providers who help us run ZEEKHUB (such as hosting, payments, messaging and AI services), and only as needed to provide our Services. Some of these providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal data.

6. Children

Many of our learners are school students. If you are under 18, please use ZEEKHUB with your parent's or guardian's permission. Parents or guardians register and pay for children's courses, and our assessments ask for this permission before a child starts. We do not use children's data for advertising or behavioural tracking. A parent or guardian can ask us to see or delete their child's data at any time.

7. Photos, recordings and testimonials

We will use a learner's name, photo, video, voice or testimonial in our marketing only with clear, written permission (from a parent or guardian for anyone under 18), and you can withdraw that permission at any time. If we record a live class (for example, so learners can revisit a lesson), we tell participants before the recording starts.
